MOTHERBOARD? FATHERBOARD? WTF?
MOTHERBAORDS AND WHY CHEAP IS USUALLY CRAP
We have created an awesome theme that will help designers, developers and companies create websites for their startups quickly and easily.
WHAT DOES A MOTHERBOARD DO?
All the components of a computer plug into the motherboard. The CPU, the memory, hard drives and graphics cards. As such it’s essentially the spine of a computer, containing the central nervous system if you like.
The motherboard cant be upgraded, it can only be replaced, but the things that plug into it CAN all be upgraded, as long as the motherboard supports the new bit of kit.
So it’s important that the motherboard be as current as possible in order that in the future new kit can just be plugged into the board.
why so expensive?
Cheap motherboards may appear to be a bargain, but a quick look at the spec sheet will often reveal that it’s already reaching the end of its techno lifestyle.
It will only just support the current processors and no doubt new speeds of memory won’t be supported.
Don’t buy cheap.
